Launch new logo and website

We are very happy to announce the launch of our new logo and new website. The old logo has served us well, but we felt it was time for an update. The new logo is designed more modern technical font, but with the same base colors blue, red and grey, making it recognizable as AmEuro Metals. The three stripe design resembles a vertical stabilizer of an aircraft. This is representative of our main business the Aerospace metals industry.

The website was also completely redesigned using the new font and logo, feel free to take a look for yourself at ameurometals.nl

The logo change will not involve any modifications to the nature or operations of the company, nor will it in any way affect our existing relations with our clients and partners.

VULTEE B13 AIRCRAFT RESTAURATION

AmEuro Metals B.V. recently supplied some aluminium 2024 sheet metal to a private customer, who is working on a very cool project. With some friends this gentleman is working on the restauration of a Vultee B13 Aircraft. The first picture below shows a similiar aircraft, in good working condition. The second picture shows the actual wing, and condition, of the Vultee B13 that is being restored. Needless to say, some work is still to be done. The third picture shows the wheel fairing of a Fokker D21, some of the material is used for that as well.

25th anniversary

On June 7, 1993 AmEuro Metals B.V. was founded, so this week we will celebrate our 25th anniversary. To give you an impression of the company’s history and development, we created a visual time line that shows the milestones and highlights.

We would like to thank all our customers and vendors, current and past, for all the support and trust that has been given to our company. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship for many more years. Also, a small word of gratitude to the founding parents of the company Willem and Toos van Iperen, without them, we would not have been here today.

To celebrate the company’s birthday, we will be closed on the big day, June 7, we will be open again as usual on June 8th.
